Every major association has bylaws – rules that govern association business. The USLA Bylaws describe our purposes and objectives, explain who can be a member, allow for the formation of local chapters, define the responsibilities of regional councils, define the makeup of the national Board of Directors, define the duties of officers and the process for their election, and cover many other related topics. Our Policies and Procedures detail the specific operating policies of USLA. They are intended to act as an adjunct to the Bylaws. You may download those files here.
