Individuals who successfully complete an initial Aquatic Rescue Response Team (ARRT) training academy may order plastic USLA course completion cards. They are of a quality similar to a scuba course completion card and intended to last a lifetime. Each card is individually printed with the individual's name, course completion date, and agency name. Cards may be ordered for the current year or past years, so long as the agency was USLA certified at the time of course completion.

Cost: $20.00 per card

Note: The USLA will confirm with the training officer that the applicant has successfully completed the course and the completion date. No refunds will be issued if the training officer does not verify successful completion. Confirm that your agency is a currently a USLA Certified Aquatic Rescue Response Team (ARRT) Agency.
