Participation Fee: $30.00
Event Details:The 38th Annual USLA Mid Atlantic Regional Lifeguard Championships (non-craft) will be held on July 10, 2019 in front of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol Headquarters off of Baltimore Avenue & Boardwalk. The first event will be the 2K beach run starting at 10:00 AM. The beach flags competition will start at 12:00 noon.
