The United States Lifesaving Association seeks high quality assets to be used across its Social Media Platforms. We welcome relevant photographs and videos from USLA affiliated individuals and agencies interested in reaching our followers. Our audience is composed of beach oriented people who range from beach and junior lifeguards to beachgoers, educators and scientists.

Examples of appropriate content include rescues, lifesaving equipment, public education, training, junior lifeguard programs, and lifesaving sport. We endeavor to balance our content to ensure regional representation through the USA as well as provide interesting content to our diverse audience.

Not sure if your video or or photograph is appropriate? That's ok; send in what you have for consideration! We welcome creativity and new ideas.

Formatting:

• Photos: JPEG or PNG format in the highest resolution possible.
  
• Videos: Total upload size must be less than 30MB. For larger file sizes, please provide the URL to the downloadable video when available.
• Multiple File Upload: If you wish to upload multiple files, please combine them in a single zip file.
