The United States Lifesaving Association offers course completion cards for those who successfully complete an initial Aquatic Rescue Response Team (ARRT) training academy at a USLA certified ARRT agency. The cards demonstrate that the bearer is trained in an open water environment, in accordance with USLA Aquatic Rescue Response Team national standards. The cards are of a quality similar to a scuba course completion card. They are considered official documents validated by recognized ARRT agency representatives. 

Initial Course Cards:

The initial course completion cards are personalized on laminated plastic and intended to last a lifetime. They may be ordered by ARRT agencies and by individual ARRT members. With proper evidence of course completion they may be ordered for a course that occurred at any time the ARRT agency offering the training was USLA certified and validation can be provided that an Aquatic Rescue Response Team member completed the course.
