The 2021 Jersey Mike's USLA National Lifeguard Championships will be held in South Padre Island, TX from August 5 - 7, 2021. This competition is open to current Professional, Alumnus and Life USLA Members. Approved international competitors who are current members of a national lifesaving organization that is a Full Member of the International Life Saving Federation are also eligible to compete, subject to approval. (Send a request for approval to lifesavingsport@usla.org.) Unfortunately, Associate Members are NOT eligible to compete, but we welcome you to attend and cheer our lifesavers on!

August 5 - August 7 (Eastern Time): $140

*Professionals who are competing in the U19 division will pay the Junior fee for that competition. Professionals who also want to compete in the Nationals, Thursday through Saturday, must pay an additional fee for this competition.

New - Registration Information:
~All participants registering for 2021 USLA Nationals are required to pre-register for the events they would like to compete. Ages are determined by your age on July 1, 2021.

~Team Captains for each Chapter will be making selections for all Open team events & Age Group Surf Boats.

• This will require a login and the website address. Team Captains must contact scoring@usla.org to receive their login and the website so they can enter their team selections.
• All Team Captain selected Open teams and Age Group Surf Boat entries are due and closed on Wednesday at 8:00 PM.
  

~Open and Age Group single competitor event selections and event scratches are finalized and closed at 0800 AM, local time on the first day of the event.

• Open adults competitors under 30 will be able make your selections based on specific open events by gender.
• Age group competitors will make generic selections based on the event they would like to compete. For example, by selecting Surf Race, you will automatically be registered by your age group and your gender. Age Group Surf Boat competitors will need to inform their Team Captain of their teams so they can be input by the Team Captain. Mixed teams (team with 2 different chapters) will have to be communicated to and input by a scoring administrator, please email mixed teams to: scoring@usla.org
