Who May Participate:
- USLA Junior Lifeguards who are members in good standing with the USLA / Southeast Region and who pay registration fees.
- IF your program does not pay for your membership, you CAN join or renew online.

- All registration will be ONLINE.
- USLA junior lifeguard membership is required to register.
- Day of registration is still online.
- Please have your competition beanies.

- Ironguard (C,B,A,U19 Run-Swim-Paddle) F/M
- Ironman/Ironwomen (U19) Run-Swim-Paddle-Surfski) F/M
- Run-Swim-Run (C,B,A,U19) F/M
- Rescue Race (C,B,A,U19 - 2 person team, fins optional)
- Swim Relay (C,B,A,U19 - 5 competitors, min 2 females)
