The ISRC, which is an ILS-sanctioned event, has been conducted in its present format every two years since 2005 and has incorporated countries including Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain and USA. The ISRC encompasses the ILS Open and/or youth divisions and participating countries may compete in one or both age categories.
