USLA Certified Agencies may order refresher (renewal) course completion cards to issue to lifeguards who successfully complete their Open Water Lifeguard Refresher Course. These are similar to a CPR card. Each card is individually printed onsite by the agency with lifeguard name, course completion date, and agency name. Agency Training Officers will be verified before shipping cards. Agencies may pay by credit card or request an invoice.

Cost: $3.00 per card sold in sheets of five cards

Note: The USLA will confirm with the training officer that everyone on the roster has successfully completed the course. Please allow two weeks for processing after the Training Officer's verification. No refunds will be issued if the training officer does not verify successful course completion. Confirm that your agency is a currently a USLA Certified Lifeguard Agency.
