The 2023 Jersey Mike's USLA National Lifeguard Championships will be held in Virginia Beach, VA from August 10 - 12, 2023. Details (including host hotel

This competition is open to current Professional, Alumnus and Life USLA
Members. Approved international competitors who are current members of a
national lifesaving organization that is a Full Member of the
International Life Saving Federation are also eligible to compete,
subject to approval. (Send a request for approval to lifesavingsport@usla.org.) Unfortunately, Associate Members are NOT eligible to compete, but we welcome you to attend and cheer our lifesavers on! Dates:
Thursday, August 10th - Saturday, August 12th Entry Fees: July 1 - August 9 (Eastern Time): $115 August 10 - August 12 (Eastern Time): $150
*Professionals who are competing in the U19 division
will pay the Junior fee for that competition. Professionals who also
want to compete in the Nationals, Thursday through Saturday, must pay an
additional fee for this competition. Competitor ID Numbers will be available at the following link**: http://nationalsnumbers.lifeguardmetrics.com
**Competitor ID Numbers are updated twice a week. If you do not see your number today, please check back often! Registration Information: Online registration will open July 1st. For team registrations, please email webmaster@usla.org.
Event Registration Information: The USLA will provide a webpage for competitors to individually log in and select events up to the minute before an event is closed and heats are ready to be drawn for an event. Please read the complete list of Frequently Asked Questions about how this will work. Team Captains will manage all team events. If you are a Team Captain who needs a login, please email scoring@usla.org. High Performance Squad: All Professional, Alumnus and Life members of the USLA are invited to apply
to join the USLA High Performance Squad (HPS). Those interested in
competing this September at the International Surf Rescue Challenge (ISRC) should apply by July 31st. Visit USLA.org/hps to apply.
