Individual lifeguards who successfully complete an initial academy at a USLA certified agency may order plastic USLA course completion cards. They are of a quality similar to a scuba course completion card and intended to last a lifetime. Each card is individually printed with the lifeguard's name, course completion date, and agency name. Cards may be ordered for the current year or past years, so long as the lifeguard agency was USLA certified at the time of course completion.

Cost: $20.00 per card

Note: The USLA will confirm with the training officer that the applicant has successfully completed the course. Please allow two weeks for processing after the Training Officer's verification. No refunds will be issued if the training officer does not verify successful completion. Confirm that your agency is a currently a USLA Certified Lifeguard Agency.
