Event Location: Huntington State Beach, 21601 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.
Note: This address is for lifeguard headquarters at Magnolia and is not the park entry point for equipment delivery.

Equipment Unload (Load In) – Tuesday, August 5, 2025

• All equipment trucks must use the Beach Blvd entrance (north of Magnolia), not the Magnolia entrance.
• After entering, proceed south approximately 600 yards to the second parking lot section. The competition area will be visible from here.
• Staging will be coned off near the equipment storage area on the sand.
• Please call or text Chris Egan at (714) 292-6381 with your estimated arrival time so staff can greet and guide drivers.

Equipment Load (Load Out) – Saturday Evening, August 9, 2025

• Trucks again must use the Beach Blvd entrance (north of Magnolia).
• Load out may begin immediately following the conclusion of water events.
• Staging will be coned off just south of the competition area, with access in the lots for loading only.

General Notes

• Semi-trucks will not have direct access to the immediate sand area on either day.
• All loading and unloading will occur in the designated lots.
